Our firm provides legal services to various public companies, traded in the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. As such the firm handles public offerings and private placements of issuers in Israel. The firm provides ongoing legal services to our clients in all aspects of corporate law, commercial transactions, securities regulations and corporate governance, and handles our clients’ ongoing representation with the Israeli Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, including the submittal of the different reports required.
In this capacity, the firm handled the public offerings and registration with the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange of various issuers including Ludan Engineering Company, Semicom Industries, Arazim Investments, Ultra Shape Medical, Go.D.M Investments, Ralco Agencies and others. In addition, the firm has been handling numerous debt offerings, shelf registrations, private placements of various types of securities and registration of securities with the stock exchange.
